Hire a werewolf, you won't be disappointed
★★WOLF★★ == My recursive acronym for "Wolf Overlooking LinkedIn Forests" since I'm not a LION
note: I only work remote with occasional travel (I work from my home, park, beach, etc)
If you need someone who is a devops/sysops/software architect, I'm your guy. If you're only looking a systems administrator OR a developer, I'm not your guy. What is DevOps? Programming + Systems Engineering which can lean towards programming or systems work with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams. Think of those two roles packaged in to one, working with the business, programmers, systems guys and support in bettering the flow of the company, also known as a process. Far as my own passions go, I whole heartily enjoy programming and all aspects of systems, they're "fun" to me, as is any work I accept.
I've access to a major city airport. I'm more than willing to fly in for a couple of weeks at a time since I'm a remote worker and tend to experiment with interactive whiteboards with other methods for better collaboration.
------------
An extremely proactive and highly resourceful DevOps professional with years of experience and a strong drive to succeed: results driven. Efficient at implementing new technologies while keeping employees updated in order to improve the view of various departments.
New technologies and opportunities are always of interest. The focus right now is Linux and UNIX technologies in the cloud computing environment. I'm primarily a DevOps guy with a focus on automation, integration, monitoring and creating new toolkits for use in environments of any size.
