For nearly 8 years, I’ve been focused on building strong partnerships between top talent and the organizations that need them most. I started my career at KellyMitchell as a Talent Manager and have grown into my current role as Talent Director, supporting enterprise and strategic clients across the country. Today, I lead talent strategy, account delivery, and client partnerships, supporting enterprise organizations across the Energy, Utilities, and Technology sectors. My focus is identifying the right people to drive critical initiatives forward. I’m passionate about building long-term relationships and making the hiring process transparent, collaborative, and successful for everyone involved.
