For me, this is not a job, it’s my passion. Working day to day with people with drive, ambition, passion, and desires help bring out the best in my work as Chief Human Resources Officer at 121. Our collaborators are my energy. They are the roots that take hold to nurture the growth of our organization.

Their role is crucial to our work, and I work daily to support them. Through my development of HR plans and procedures, we cultivate an empathetic culture that is inviting to all of our collaborators.

The challenges never end, but each time they arise they present great opportunities to shine as a team and put our best work forward. I make every effort to face any issues to preserving the employer-employee relationship through effective employee relations strategies that place empathy first. I enjoy combating the adversities that may come our way and convert them into moments of motivation to keep 121 on the path of continued growth.

Our goal is to make sure every team member can walk through our doors in the morning and know that they are entering their second home. Letting our team know their unique talents are recognized for contributing to our mission each and every day is important to me.

I help our HR team with onboarding, to help transition new hires into the 121 family. Adding members to our team is an opportunity I relish, and while recruiting I make sure that we not only find talent, but the right fit for our culture. As our team grows, I help develop goals and objectives for our HR department that are aligned with our culture and the work we do at 121.

My personal goal is to ensure our entire team is satisfied with the work they do and have the fire to continue growing with 121, a company that I believe is one of the best places to work for on Earth. I am proud to represent and share the vision for this organization with our marvelous CEO Francisco Serrano and the rest of our team, and to spend my days making our employees and clients shine.
