MMIS’s legacy application was built in HTML and VBScript that was not supported any further by Chrome, Firefox or HTML5. Rewriting the application as a standalone was what solution called for. The application was created in .NET 3.6.4 utilizing Custom Design, Classes, and no premade API. The application is used to allow for the Business Analysts to view Files within Production, System Test, and Trading Partners to allow for them to find files that clients have sent in to the state.

Fiserv’s Plasticard Enterprise Presentation (PEP) utilizes a tool called Papyrus WebControl. The Application solution built to assist the team was designed to plugin to the existing Papyrus API and utilize .NET Framework 4.6 in monitoring the status of things such as Print Queues, Processes running and error messages. And then to send alerts to the team when they happened utilizing messaging sent out via Server Watchdog; a server watcher built by First data.

The purpose of this project was to take an existing set of DOS Scripts and either Convert them into easier to understand and documented scripts. Or Move to an application. Several were consolidated into a few individual scripts. The rest were changed to a .NET Web Application.
