I hold a college degree in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management and units in Management Accounting. Throughout my studies, I consistently demonstrated a passion for learning and a drive to excel, earning academic achievements, such as dean's lister. I entered my internship in Pru Life UK as part of partial fulfillment of the requirement for my degree which enables me to concentrate on recruitment, one of the key duties of human resources. Over the past years, I have accumulated significant experience in administrative tasks as I applied as student assistant during college days. Currently, I am employed as a cashier and manager at a recently launched samgyeopsal restaurant, where I am responsible for managing the budget, scheduling, forecasting, inventory and expenses. This role has allowed me to develop exceptional customer service skills and adept at handling financial transactions. I have proven my ability to lead a team of 8 and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Prior to my current position, I worked as a customer service representative at Alorica Philippines, Inc. In this role, I successfully handled customer enquiries and met their needs by demonstrating expertise in company's products and services. I also utilized multiple computer systems and software applications to process customer orders, track shipments, and update customer information accurately and efficiently. Even in challenging situations, I have maintained a positive attitude and professional demeanor to ensure a positive customer experience. I possess a diverse range of skills that make me a well-rounded professional. I have a strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher as well as Canva. Additionally, my strong interpersonal and communication skills enable me to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. I am known for my keen attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
