I am a Senior Functional Tester with solid experience in manual testing, web and mobile application testing, API testing, and quality assurance processes within Agile environments. Throughout my professional experience, I have worked on different projects across web, mobile, healthcare, banking, and service-oriented platforms, participating in requirement analysis, test strategy definition, test case creation, test execution, bug reporting, and defect follow-up.
I have hands-on experience testing Android and iOS applications, web applications, microservices, and backend services, as well as performing regression, functional, smoke, API, performance, load, and stress testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, Jira, TestRail, Mantis, and New Relic. I am also experienced in creating QA documentation, including test cases, test procedures, test scenarios, test evidence, and scenario matrices.
In addition to my technical background, I have developed strong soft skills such as leadership, communication, decision-making, analytical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving. I have also taken leadership responsibilities in some projects, supporting process improvements within the software development life cycle and helping teams deliver high-quality solutions.
