I am Chantal Govender, Founder of C-HR Consulting, a specialist HR and recruitment consultancy established with a passion for connecting businesses with the right talent while creating opportunities for others.
At C-HR Consulting, our mission extends beyond recruitment. We are committed to empowering recent HR graduates and stay-at-home parents by providing training and practical experience in recruitment, enabling them to develop valuable skills and generate additional income.
We pride ourselves on delivering a personalised and quality-driven recruitment service. Every candidate is thoroughly screened and carefully matched against both the job specification and company culture, based on in-depth discussions with our clients to fully understand their unique requirements and expectations.
We are also excited to announce the launch of a new recruitment matching programme, designed to further enhance our ability to identify the right talent for the right opportunity. This innovative approach strengthens our screening and matching process, helping ensure an even better fit between candidates and employers. We will officially be implementing this programme from the 18th of May 2026.
We welcome the opportunity to partner with established recruitment agencies on a commission basis, providing sourcing and recruitment support, while also working directly with new clients seeking professional placement assistance across various industries.
