- Accompany and develop through social networks such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram beauty consultants (sellers) with the aim of creating trustworthiness, maintaining the channel, promoting sales and generating an increase in the average purchase.
- Lead large teams of consultants.
- Increase market share in the assigned socioeconomic levels in the area (Boyacá, Cundinamarca, North Coast), generating sales of up to 100M colombian pesos per month.
- Have contact with more than 400 consultants and perform pre-sale, sale and post-sale customer service.
- Create digital content of the three managed brands to increase the interaction of the consultants with it.
