As a Corporate and Provider Recruiter at Crossroads Treatment Centers, I support the corporate office by recruiting for corporate roles (leadership, Analytics, RCM, IT, Transformation, Marketing, and People Operations) and field-based providers (Medical Directors, Physicians, and Nurse Practitioners). I bring documented expertise within the healthcare industry and am passionate about connecting top talent with opportunities that align with organizational culture, currently in the field of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid addiction—recognized by the CDC and NIH as the most effective form of treatment. I bring experience with multiple applicant tracking systems, including Workday, as well as sourcing platforms such as CareerBuilder, PracticeLink, Doximity, and currently LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. I utilize Predictive Indexing as part of our toolbelt to identify the best fit for our team and culture. A strategic problem solver and team player, I am highly organized, self-motivated, and dedicated to delivering results, and I enjoy training and mentoring new team members to foster best practices in recruitment.
