Founder & COO at GeekHunter

Over the past decade, I've had the incredible journey of founding 2 Brazilian startups that progressed through all stages, including conception, venture capital fundraising, exponential growth, and M&A.
Throughout my journey, my central focus has revolved around the development of technology and the creation of an incredible experience to facilitate the ideal match between amazing companies and the best tech professionals.
A significant part of this story is linked to the establishment and management of a technology marketplace platform known as GeekHunter, a company I co-founded alongside my twin brother, where I held the role of COO.
Embarking on this journey, we achieved a remarkable feat by bringing together over 400,000 skilled professionals and registering more than 13,000 enterprises on our platform. Among our esteemed clients were industry giants like Amazon, Mercado Livre, Accenture, IBM, Capgemini, Movida, Locaweb, Hostgator, and Stefanini. Our revenue surpassed the R$ 40 million mark, all accomplished through the unwavering dedication of a dynamic team consisting of over 120 individuals.
In 2023, with the acquisition of GeekHunter by the North American company Howdy, the companies expanded their horizons and began to operate with an even wider number and range of professionals, combining more technology and resources to deliver even greater results for companies looking to assemble and expand the world's best technology team.
In this context, as a partner of the group, I've started operating globally, aiming to generate value and knowledge for all markets that seek to optimize their results in the search for technology professionals in Latin America.
Prior to GeekHunter, I began my entrepreneurial career in the United States, as I was part of the founding team of the neuroscience-focused technology company TruBrain. This was while I was immersed in my scholarship as a student within UCLA's mechanical engineering program.
Back home in Brazil, I pursued my studies in mechanical production engineering at UFSC (Federal University of Santa Catarina). It was during my time at the university that I laid the foundation for Lett Insights, a technology-driven startup specializing in data-backed insights and digital trade marketing. This endeavor proved fruitful, culminating in its acquisition by the Neogrid Group.
On a personal note, I'm passionate about practicing kitesurfing and spending quality time with my family. time with my family.
