I've been building things with technology since I was 9 years old — and three decades later, that drive hasn't slowed down. What has changed is the scale: from writing my first lines of code to leading engineering organizations shipping products used by millions.

My career has been defined by range. I've built and led teams across cloud SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, embedded devices, and mission-critical space systems. I don't repeat roles — I seek out new complexity. That philosophy has given me a rare ability to operate effectively across the full technology stack and the full business spectrum, from startup-speed execution to enterprise-grade compliance (HIPAA, COPPA, PCI).

What I'm most proud of isn't the technology — it's the teams. I believe the highest leverage a technical leader has is in creating environments where engineers grow, take ownership, and do their best work. I've built and scaled diverse teams in product companies and through strategic contracting engagements, always with a focus on cultivating technical excellence and long-term organizational health.

Currently, I serve as a senior engineering leader at Outschool, where I help build a secure, trusted platform for children's online education — a mission that demands both technical rigor and deep accountability.
