I work as a Data Scientist within the Product team, contributing to the design and struc-
turing of the data model that consolidates all information generated by the conversational
chatbot, enabling a comprehensive analysis of behavior, performance, and interaction
quality.
• I led the design of the core analytical table for generating key product metrics, ensuring
data consistency, traceability, and scalability for consumption by Product, Data, and BI
teams.
