Pediatric training at UCSF Medical Center. My main interests were neonatal health and pediatric cardiology. Boston Childrens Hospital
    Jul 2005 - Jul 2008 (3 years 1 month)
The focus of my research was the creation of methods that can be used to analyze outcomes of patient care, mainly surgical outcomes. Among others, the projects that I developed included: - Human Factors and Patient Safety during Congenital Heart Surgery - Predictors of Active Clinical Progression in Shone's Syndrome - Hypoplastic left heart syndrome with intact or highly restrictive atrial septum: surgical experience from a single center - Surgical outcome for patients with the aortic atresia mitral stenosis variant of hypoplastic left heart syndrome - Ventricular function deteriorates with recurrent coarctation in hypoplastic left heart syndrome - Measurement of technical performance in congenital heart surgery
