With over 25 years’ experience as an international HR and transformational change leader, I am committed to building high-performing teams and cultures across industries. Helping employees at all levels to do, be, and feel their best is central to my philosophy as a Chief People Officer. I am known as a strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to shape an organization’s vision and oversee the execution of strategy while fearlessly challenging the status quo, building cases for change, and bringing people along on the journey to achieve tangible results.
