As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Plain Concepts, I lead end-to-end hiring across multiple international markets, from market intelligence and talent mapping to sourcing, stakeholder management, interviews, offer negotiation and onboarding. My role goes beyond filling vacancies: I help hiring teams make informed decisions, navigate competitive talent markets and build high-performing engineering organisations.
Throughout my career, I have specialised in recruiting Software Engineers, AI Specialists, Data Professionals, Cloud Engineers, Product Managers and Engineering Leaders.
