In this research, the alkaloids contented in different species of coca leaves, show us the yields of cocaine content and allowed us to establish the possible production around the world. The extraction method was evaluated using a validated method by UNODC and was compared with other laboratory tests. Instrumental techniques were used by CG-MS Y CG-FID.
