I build things that work -pipelines, processes, and people. With internship experience spanning HR recruitment, general management, research, and content marketing, I bring both analytical rigour and operational execution to every role I take on. My M.A. Economics background (Panjab University) sharpens my ability to read data, identify patterns, and translate insights into decisions. At Unschool, I screened and interviewed 30–40 candidates per hiring cycle while supervising 10 interns -earning a Certificate of Excellence signed by the CEO. At HappiMynd, I designed and analysed mental health surveys to inform program strategy at the senior level. Beyond internships, I served as Vice President of the Equal Opportunity Cell at Gargi College (NAAC A+) and was a Grand Finalist at QBiz, University of the Fraser Valley, Canada. I am not looking for a title. I am looking for a place where hard work can compound to something meaningful.
