Hi, I’m Jay Kent-Hume a strategic mind with a creative soul and a good dose of humor to keep things lively. As the co-founder and driving force behind The Sociable Society, I’ve had the privilege of leading a thriving influencer marketing agency that bridges brands with creators to craft partnerships that resonate and deliver measurable impact.
With a career that spans 20+ years, overseeing/building teams, and negotiating with brands and talent alike, I’ve honed the art of storytelling, business growth, and relationship building. From launching innovative campaigns, and developing creators to ensuring our operations run like a well-oiled machine, I’m all about blending strategy with creativity and always having fun while doing it.
Beyond the “virtual office”, I wear multiple hats: proud Australian living in California by way of London and Vancouver, devoted dad of two, soccer enthusiast sometimes caught trying to relive the glory days, average golfer thinking I could make it and a constant seeker of ways to make life more meaningful and exciting. I believe that success is a combination of hard work, clear vision, and not taking yourself too seriously.
