An experienced professional with over 20 years’ experience in the financial industry, I have extensive experience in leading and managing transformational projects that span across cross functional divisions and stakeholders. These programs include operations systems, CRM applications, financial planning applications, and client and advisor online and mobile applications and most recently for the past two years in Group risk management working on various projects including a transformational program for the PMCS team to replace the current system Probe. I have solid knowledge of the financial markets with emphasis on the Wealth management & risk management platforms. I have a proven ability to multitask and succeed in a dynamic environment where my focus is on delivering quality work using my expert knowledge of program and project plan development & management using waterfall and agile methodologies, program and project metrics, analysis, and status reporting including objectives and key results tracking. I have completed the RBC change management Launchpad program and led the initial change management activities to replace the Privacy Impact assessment across RBC and this allowed me to better support and manage change to ensure project success is achieved through positive adoption experience.
