    Led a cross-border collaboration project, using a carry-over Roller Bench Machine from Renault Flins plant in France to do Electric dynamic vehicle testing. As the project leader, I oversaw civil works and machine installation, updating equipment (PC, PLC, scanners, sensors, actuators), and creating a space with a fume extraction cabin to ensure health and safety compliance during testing. The successful outcome is a result of the intervention by Belgian company BEP, support from a colleague at Renault's Brazil plant, and the dedication of our maintenance team.     The main objective was to streamline the assembly line by implementing IFA (Individual Fit Assembly) to enhance plant productivity. Previously, there were approximately 10 glass references at the line's edge, and operators had to select the appropriate one for each vehicle being manufactured. The goal was to supply the exact references, just in time and in sequence, to reduce the operator's handling time and improve overall efficiency. I successfully managed supplier negotiations in collaboration with the purchase team. Additionally, I oversaw the design and manufacturing of supply tools, implemented process standardization, and conducted comprehensive operator training.
