- During this period, I was able to obtained a lot of knowledge about processes such as Metal Stamping, Assembly, Welding, Painting.
- I was coached to become new Engineering Manager of the company after 6 years of development.
- I was responsible to implement and maintain the new Operation System with TPS as foundation.
▪During this period, I became expert on some Lean Practices like 5S, TPM, Short Kaizen, One piece flow and KPI´s measurement.
▪I was able to consolidate some projects for the company such as Operational transference from Japan to Mexico of HINO assemblies, define some CAPEX for the manufacturing area.
▪Responsible for TS 16949 procedures from Process Engineering dpt (core tools) and ISO 14001 procedures.
