Over the last decade I've led international expansion across multiple countries, built and directed B2B sales teams, and run consultative deals across complex multi-stakeholder environments. What ties all of it together is a simple approach: understand what a business actually needs before proposing anything, then build the plan to get there. That same approach now applies to AI.
