Develop the strategy and design of the experience for the integrated multi-channel platform of Sanofi DCV (app, hub, portal, email, webinar, chat, CRM, VoC, analysis).
Lead efforts to implement SANOFI SOLUTIONS among stakeholders.
Offer a significant increase in participation metrics (for example, orders, downloads, webinar attendance, video participation, etc.).
Present new customer voice services, data visualization, fast UX test frameworks and analysis tools to drive digital improvements in the customer experience.
Lead the SANOFI international summit meeting with the LATAM markets.
