I’m a young man, capable of great things and driven to make a better world, starting by doing a great job piece by piece with focus and dedication. I care for the people around me and as a Team Player, I’m always in sync with the team and ready to do my part, but also there to help the ones next to me. I take risks towards the larger goal, always with responsibility and knowing my steps, so I can take them again (or not) depending on the result. I’m data lover and really like graphics. Understanding people and how things work is my passion, because it gives me a better perspective of what i have and can do, allowing me to do a great job and innovate when possible. Also, i love people. I’m always trying to understand the people around me so I can be a better version of myself and make things positive for them. As a Leader, I watch them close so I can help them achieve the better version of themselves. I’m also a defender of the minorities and helpless in any way that I can help and as a learner, I’m always open to new ideas and understanding that I may be wrong in some way.
