WHAT I DO: I am a People Operations Director with global expertise gained in the technology and consulting sectors. I help grow small and medium sized business by driving out waste and setting them up to scale at pace. I have led all central functions, always with a focus on how people can either make or break the business. HOW I DO IT: Known for wearing many hats, as an exec team member I partner with the operation and leadership to translate commercial objectives into operational frameworks – then deliver the change programmes to achieve those objectives. I am told I have an infectious enthusiasm and operate with integrity and fairness. WHAT ENGAGES ME? I enjoy the huge variety of challenges, the mixture of strategic and tactical thinking, and lifting the lid on the organisation to find out what’s really going on underneath – as only then can true change be embedded. I am a servant leader at heart, tackle the difficult conversations, and am highly analytical – preferring to make decisions based on data.
