No handouts. Just grit, faith, and relentless love.We weren’t wealthy. We weren’t even middle class.But they showed me what leadership really looks like:Show up. Sacrifice. Build for others.By the time I graduated high school, my family had just broken into the middle class.And I knew… if they could sacrifice everything for me — I had to build something greater for them.That mindset carried me through 9 years in the United States Marine Corps.It taught me loyalty. Pressure-tested leadership. And how to stay grounded when life gets heavy.But somewhere in the middle of deployments, exhaustion, and survival mode… I started drifting from God.I still believed. I just felt distant.I had grown up in church. But now it was just noise. Religion.
