Madhur Aggarwal

I am a BBA student with a keen interest in Human Resources, Marketing, and Data Analytics, currently building practical experience alongside my academic journey.
My interest in Human Resources comes from my curiosity about how people, teams, and organisational processes work together to achieve business objectives. I am particularly interested in areas such as recruitment, training and development, talent management, employee engagement, leadership, and organisational behaviour.
Alongside HR, I have also developed an interest in Marketing and digital communication through practical experiences and academic projects. I enjoy understanding how organisations communicate with their audiences and how effective strategies can contribute to business growth.
I am also developing my skills in Data Analytics, currently focusing on tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI. My goal is to gradually combine people-oriented understanding with analytical thinking to make better business decisions.
I believe in learning through practical experience, taking responsibility, working with teams, and continuously improving my skills. I am currently looking for opportunities that allow me to gain meaningful exposure to HR, marketing, analytics, and broader business functions.
