Continuously works to identify opportunities to create best business practices and build standard operating procedures while leveraging technology.

Conducts trainings and provides support for end users in Lever and Clickboarding. Conducts interview training for hiring managers.

Manages employee relations, departmental changes, separations and escalations. HR Diversity and Inclusion lead. Acts as the first point of contact for benefits and payroll.
