As a CTO, I was responsible for business and technological transformation from the early stage startup to the leading EdTech company which operates and provide their services globally.
We were a team of less then 10 then and we needed to design, develop and launch our products on other overseas markets in one year, which we actually managed to do.
As a CTO I was:
— discussing the product vision, strategy and all features with the team, formalizing the product features
— supervising and supporting 4 product teams, which were managing all the processes - design, prototyping, client and server side development, functional and high load testing etc.
— negotiating conditions with our key vendors (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Yandex, etc).
