Ashley Utz is the Chief People Officer at Happy Money, a financial technology company dedicated to helping people use money as a tool for their happiness by offering personal loans designed to consolidate credit card debt. With over 15 years in human resources, many in senior leadership roles, Ashley has guided executive teams through complex challenges impacting organizational culture, engagement, and productivity. She is passionate about aligning people strategies with business outcomes and shaping processes that unlock the full potential of teams. Ashley holds degrees in human resource management and organization development and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. Residing in rural Wisconsin with her husband, three children, and a collection of beloved pets, she actively contributes to her community through volunteering and board roles with Badgerland Girl Scouts and JustDane, a nonprofit supporting individuals reentering the community after incarceration.
