Jeremy Yeargin

I’m a People & Operations professional with experience supporting teams, improving processes, and creating positive employee experiences in fast-paced environments. Currently, I serve as People & Operations Coordinator at WeWhiten, where I focus on helping align people, operations, and organizational effectiveness to support business growth. My background includes experience with Amazon and MarketSource, where I developed strengths in operations, team collaboration, problem-solving, and delivering results in dynamic settings. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, which gives me a strong foundation in understanding workplace behavior, organizational systems, and people-centered strategies. I’m also passionate about communication and cross-cultural collaboration. I’m fluent in Korean and currently learning Japanese, which has strengthened my ability to connect with diverse teams and perspectives.
