I’m a community architect and learning strategist who builds in the in-between spaces—filling the cracks in strategy and creating third spaces where people can connect. As a former K–12 educator turned program and community leader, I’ve seen firsthand what happens when educators and leaders have the infrastructure needed to support their passions. Those experiences reinforced a core belief: strong communities don’t happen by accident—they’re intentionally designed. Today, as Founder & Chief Community Officer of Community & Beyond, LLC, I partner with mission-driven organizations to design people-centered systems for learning, collaboration, and impact. My work sits at the intersection of adult professional learning, community strategy, and systems improvement—helping organizations move from good intentions to sustainable execution. Over the years, I’ve built and scaled national peer networks, led cross-functional teams, translated community insight into measurable growth, and designed engagement models that turn passive members into active contributors. I care deeply about belonging, digital equity, and ensuring historically excluded voices are centered—not as an afterthought, but as a design principle.
