We solve one of the biggest workforce challenges of our time: The skilled worker crisis threatens global competitiveness and 2.7b people must be (re)trained.
As AI redefines jobs, we provide the essential infrastructure to create the skilled workforce of today and tomorrow:
simpleclub is Germany's fastest-growing AI-enhanced platform for workforce creation.
While legacy vendors just "train," our AI-native platform produces certified, productive skilled workers at scale. Our 24/7 AI assistant acts as an additional full-time trainer, without the personnel costs, drastically accelerating an employee's time-to-productivity.
Our Advantage: Our B2C roots (millions of users, 1B+ video views) make us the most loved and recognized educational brand for Gen Z. Unlike legacy corporate software, users love our product.
Trusted by 750+ industry leaders, including Bosch, Amazon, Audi, and Deutsche Bahn, simpleclub is not just another HR tool, it has become the mandatory infrastructure for workforce qualification in Germany.
