My journey from Medellín to Tampa began with a scholarship that made it possible to become a software engineer, move to the U.S., and work with Fortune 500 companies, experiences that inspired me to start MAS Global and give others the same opportunity. In 2013, I started MAS Global with one engineer, no outside funding, and a bold idea: that a software company could operate differently, combining engineering excellence, boutique agility, and purpose at its core. Today, MAS Global is a U.S.-based software engineering, data, and AI technology solutions firm headquartered in Tampa, backed by elite delivery teams across the U.S. and LATAM. We’ve been named 5x to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. and featured in Forbes, Bloomberg, USA Today, and leading business journals. That journey also led to recognitions I never imagined: Forbes Technology Council, EY Winning Women, Bloomberg’s 100 Most Influential Latinos, and HITEC100: The Top Hispanic Technology Leaders in the US What has made my journey truly special is building teams that thrive. While I may be the face of the company, our people are the true architects of our success. Our MAS teams partner with midsize to Fortune 500 innovators, building digital platforms that have enabled billions in revenue. Clients include JPMorgan Chase, Johnson Controls, and Dell. What sets MAS apart is the precision of proven enterprise expertise, the speed and flexibility of a boutique, and social impact built in through the MAS Future Foundation, attracting top talent all-in on outcomes.
