I am excited to embark on this new opportunity to work with Trillium colleagues, community stakeholders, members and families as we promote the needs of our members. In this new role I will be continuing to oversee our Call Center Operations and Member Engagement team. I will be working with our Department of Juvenile Justice and Department of Social Services teams to address community needs and work with our partners to identify gaps in our various systems. I will also be working with our Trillium IDD policy team, Innovations waiver and Competitive Integrated Employment teams to ensure those programs continue to operate successfully.
I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of combined administrative and clinical experience in the Behavioral Health Field. Skilled in Clinical Management, Program Management and Development, Leadership, Administrative and Clinical outpatient work, service delivery and Customer Service. Healthcare services professional with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from East Carolina University.
Undergraduate Degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology
Currently overseeing and managing teams of licensed and unlicensed staff.
