I work in US IT recruitment, sourcing and screening candidates for Project Manager, Scrum Master, SAP Consultant, and other technical roles. This has put me close to how delivery teams actually operate — sprints, ceremonies, stakeholder handoffs — before I've even worked in one myself.

I'm currently building toward a move into Project Coordination / Scrum Master roles, backed by hands-on learning in JIRA and Confluence and working through my PSM I certification.

Alongside this, I'm completing my B.Com (Hons.) at Delhi University. Open to conversations about junior PM, Scrum Master, or delivery coordination opportunities.
