I oversee a portfolio of products at Motive, including the Financial Products division (with P&L ownership), Growth (driving new customer acquisition and engagement across the business), and new saas product verticals beyond our core fleet segment. I have built a high-performing team of individuals across product, operations, risk and partnerships, and I currently manage a team of 45+ individuals. I am passionate about building data-driven products that solve real-world problems. I have a proven track record of taking ideas from zero to one and scaling them by assembling and empowering high-performing teams and cultivating strong cross-functional partnerships.
