Thanks for taking interest in landing on my page.
In 2020- I transitioned into a new career path and started Tech Sales. For three years, I was part of the tech staffing industry. I genuinely enjoy creating value for my connections. My focus was to truly understand how I could help my candidates find their next steps in their career paths with our clients or employers they may find on their own.
The skills I learned as a recruiter helped me create meaningful connections with our USAF engagements at ServiceNow. I was able to uncover challenges many USAF Programs/Offices were facing, siloed systems that were hindering their mission-critical tasks. I was able to connect with innovative leaders who wanted to improve the work lives of military men and women.
Supporting the USAF Account Team really helped me understand how important it is to build meaningful relationships with gov't agencies and understand how ServiceNow can align with the mission. A year later, I transitioned to supporting our Federal Financial/Healthcare Team. I am excited to work with our Federal/Civilian Accounts and to support them with their initiatives.
Fun fact about me: I absolutely love a challenge. In 2018, I competed in my first bodybuilding competition. My first bodybuilding competition taught me the power of mindset. Besides making sure that I had to be on point with nutrition and fitness, I had to really build mental toughness. My goal was to do all the steps needed to complete my program. Some days I did not want to wake up and go to the gym early at 5:00 am, but I still managed to show up and do my work. I knew if I didn't give up, I was still winning. I envisioned myself on stage and showing the audience the work that I've done for the last 5 months. Ever since then, I have used the same mentality when it came to work and my personal goals. Focus on the goal ahead. Never give up when the going gets tough.
In my free time, I love to read, lift weights, and travel and I am currently learning how to become a yogi
