I am a highly driven, focused and committed growth leader now with 15+ years working with the most recognisable Technology transformation brands in Australia.At Microsoft I over achieved on all revenue and commitment based measures YoY. Strategic account planning and customer relationship investment were my speciality resulting in record high customer satisfaction scores with my customers. The annual revenue base across my enterprise clients was $20m+.In 2012 I moved from Microsoft to Kloud Solutions (Sydney) as Sales Executive and subsequently promoted into the State Manager position leading our sales, marketing, people and culture and solution delivery teams. I joined Kloud as a privately funded consulting and managed services start up with only 3 people in the NSW team which I grew to 70 staff and over $15M turnover. After 4 years with my outstanding NSW team I moved back to Melbourne to take on the Victoria State Manager position and carried dual responsibilities as national sales leader managing a team over over 100 staff and a revenue base of $35m. In 2016 Kloud were acquired by Telstra and in the following 18 months I successfully drove very high retention and a strong culture through the ongoing integration activities.In 2018 I became General Manager of Nebulr, an AWS advanced partner with 22 staff. Nebulr specialised in DevOps, Data and Analytics, Machine Learning and cloud migration. In mid 2018 Nebulr were acquired by Contino where I played a critical role across business growth strategy, sales, marketing, partnerships and finance to grow the business to over 100 people and turnover of $25m+.Following the Contino acquisition I joined the growth juggernaut that is Versent in an IC, Client Account Director position primarily focused on financial services. After a hugely successful 2 years I accepted the General Manager of Growth role leading a growth team and an annual accountability of $100m+.Now I hold the responsibility of Regional Director of BJSS Australia, impending regulatory approvals, will be part of CGI. As RD in Australia I lead the GTM, Sales and Business Development, Delivery and Operations of our business unit. 100% YoY growth and P&L sustainability achieved by bringing our delivery, sales and operations together to achieve a consistent vision across our Cloud, Data and Digital capabilities.
