Vincent Kelly

As a leader in the communications industry for more than 30 years, I serve as the president, CEO, and director of Spok, a market leader in healthcare communications. I became a director, president, and CEO of USA Mobility, Inc. (now Spok) in November 2004 when the company was formed through the merger of Metrocall, Inc. and Arch Wireless, Inc., focusing on narrowband PCS paging services. I held various roles at Metrocall including chief executive officer, chief operating officer, chief financial officer, and executive vice president. In 2011, we completed the acquisition of Amcom software, rebranded from USA Mobility to Spok in 2014 and executed a multi-year pivot for USA Mobility, now Spok into clinical communications solutions which include both paging and software solutions. I also serve as the president, CEO, and director for all of the Spok subsidiaries, except for GTES, LLC, an indirect wholly owned Canadian subsidiary, of which I am a director. At Spok we deliver clinical information to care teams when and where it matters most to improve patient outcomes. I am passionate about our solutions, which ultimately enable smarter, faster clinical communication.
