I am Imtiaz Manji, a lifelong advocate for elevating dentistry through leadership, education, and vision. With over three decades of experience, I’ve had the privilege of helping dental professionals build thriving, purpose-driven practices—from launching one of the industry's most impactful consulting firms to co-founding Spear Education, a global hub for advanced dental learning. Throughout my journey, I’ve remained focused on what truly drives success in dentistry: the people. Whether guiding practice transitions, integrating financial services for clinicians, or mentoring the next generation of leaders, my goal has always been to align business growth with ideal patient care. Today, I’m proud to lead The Leadership Thread, a new venture focused exclusively on dental specialists—oral surgeons, periodontists, and endodontists—who are ready to grow with clarity and conviction. Through our Moonshot Program and an AI-supported leadership platform, we’re helping doctors realize their vision for practice growth by building their mindset, team culture, and strategy. I continue to serve on the board of Imagen Dental Partners and stay closely connected to the evolving landscape of group practice and technology in dentistry.
