I am a General Manager with strong technical and business background, extensive international experience, track record leading cross-cultural teams and proven success positioning companies for growth and profitability. My core expertise in to establish Product Management Teams as a control tower between market requirements and internal capabilities as well as to manage all aspects of Marketing, including Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Strategic Marketing. I have enough depth in Engineering, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to drive cross-functional activities and transformation. I have managed P&L of different sizes in both mature and emerging markets and through both Agile and waterfall product life cycle methodologies. I can be both strategic by articulating compelling visions of growth and tactical by managing day-to-day operations. I combine big picture with attention to the details. I have worked on 3 different continents and enjoy managing cross-cultural teams through SMART goals. I have managed portfolios of very different complexities primarily serving the semiconductor, wireless, IoT, sensor, device and SaaS landscapes. Above and beyond, I enjoy learning about new technologies and skill-sets, working on growing a business, partnering with customers and leading organizations through transformations from local to global, from projects to products, and from individual to collaborative.
