    As part of the merger between 2 large Canadian companies, their application and business process environment were also to be integrated. The ERP Consolidation Project is the integration of both legacy SAP instances. Deloitte was chosen as the Implementer. The Roadmap for implementation balances synergy realization and risk mitigation across a timeline of 5 Releases. The Releases combine functional and technical components. I lead GRC implementation and was part of the Security team that took care of redesign SAP security to effectively restrict access to data, sensitive functions and reduce SoD’s, while allowing for a more efficient provisioning process with improved user experience
