Before tech, I was a lawyer and entrepreneur.
At 40, after losing almost everything and rebuilding my life from zero as a single mother in a new country, I discovered something powerful:

It comes from it.
Today, I help leaders, teams, and organizations navigate change without losing themselves in the process.
