• Conduct weekly operational meetings with partners to monitor project progress, negotiate pricing and scope changes, and ensure timely project completion.
• Oversee onboarding of new B2B projects by ensuring proper routing and documentation across operational systems.
• Support operational quality control by auditing project closeout reports, identifying service gaps, and escalating unresolved issues impacting service completion.
• Identify upsell opportunities within completed projects by auditing site reports and coordinating follow-up actions with the sales team.
• Lead KPI tracking and performance oversight for a 4-person team, conducting weekly meetings to monitor productivity, workflow accountability & pipeline performance.
