Co-Founder & Strategic Project Lead @ Pasiflora AI
I lead delivery on four concurrent AI data campaigns, directing an organization of more than 640 experts and reviewers, and I built the two platforms most of that work runs on.
That combination is the point. I own scoping, staffing, reviewer calibration, the quality bar, and client handoff; when the tooling doesn't exist, I write it instead of filing a ticket. In the past three weeks, that's meant 2,094 deliverables shipped at a 41-hour median turnaround, including a Fortune-scale AI lab engagement under NDA plus a newly launched campaign staffed to 300+ signed experts delivering on the client's own platform.
The supply side runs on the same principle. Pasiflora has taken 51,000+ applications from 13,326 people across 110 countries down to 7,634 vetted experts screened by an AI voice interview I built that has now conducted, graded, and summarized more than 9,600 interviews. All of it fully bootstrapped: no venture funding, no paid acquisition, 100% organic.
Before this, I was at Sepal AI (acquired by Mercor), the escalation point for 1,500+ AI/ML experts and domain specialists — onboarding and calibrating contributors, reviewing training work against each lab's rubric, and translating research requirements into guidance people could actually act on. Same problem I work on now, on someone else's platform.
When I'm building: TypeScript, Next.js, React, Supabase/Postgres (RLS, SECURITY DEFINER), Vercel, Stripe, Anthropic and OpenAI SDKs.
I'm most useful where delivery is messy and the tooling is immature — multi-workstream programs, expert and data operations, and AI products that have to work for real people rather than demo well.
