I founded JBK Search in 1999 after more than a decade in executive recruiting, where I led high-performing teams and built award-winning practices. For the past 26 years, my work has focused exclusively on life sciences, with deep specialization in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Pharmacovigilance leadership. Regulatory and quality leaders operate at the intersection of science, risk, compliance, and patient impact. My connection to this work is also deeply personal. My daughter lives with Cystic Fibrosis. My son lives with Type 1 Diabetes. Over the years, I’ve witnessed firsthand how regulatory, quality, and safety professionals help bring life-changing therapies and technologies to patients and families. When Trikafta was approved in 2019, my daughter’s lung function improved dramatically. When technologies like Omnipod and Dexcom became available, my son’s quality of life changed significantly. Those breakthroughs did not happen by chance. They happened because exceptional scientific, regulatory, quality, and safety leaders helped guide them safely through development, approval, and commercialization.
