I bring over 15 years of international experience across operations, service delivery, marketing operations, and client-facing roles. This background has shaped a practical, grounded approach to work: understanding how organizations actually operate, where friction appears, and how to turn complexity into clear, manageable systems.
Most recently, alongside my professional roles, I’ve been involved as a Managing Partner at Inotim, supporting operations and market entry efforts in Romania and across Europe. This has included coordinating stakeholders, structuring early-stage processes, aligning technical and commercial inputs, and ensuring communication stays clear and actionable. The experience has strengthened my ability to operate with ownership, work across cultures, and stay focused on execution under real-world constraints.
In my work, I often focus on improving handoffs between teams, clarifying ownership, and making sure priorities, timelines, and responsibilities are visible and realistic. I’m comfortable organizing work across functions, maintaining momentum, and ensuring projects and operations move forward reliably and on time.
