As a dedicated and versatile professional, I began my journey in Human Resources in January 2024. My career started with a three-month internship at Velociters, where I quickly demonstrated my aptitude and passion for the field. Following this internship, I was promoted to Human Resource Officer, with a primary focus on talent acquisition.

In this role, I have played a key part in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to ensure our team is equipped with the skills and perspectives necessary to drive our company forward. My responsibilities include designing offer letters, crafting compelling job posts, and leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Rozee.pk to attract the best candidates. I manage the entire recruitment process, from scheduling interviews and screening candidates to shortlisting and onboarding new employees. My strong proficiency in Google Sheets allows me to maintain detailed and organized records, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Currently, I continue to excel as an HR Officer at Velociters, where I leverage my diverse skill set to contribute to the company's growth. My unique blend of human resources expertise, technical proficiency, and creative flair enables me to bring a comprehensive and innovative approach to my role, fostering a dynamic and successful work environment.
