In FY25 I sourced 37 offer extends, finishing at 231% of my annual goal while maintaining an 18% candidate interest rate — above our 16% target — across a highly competitive SaaS talent market.

I'm deeply curious about how AI is reshaping both the products companies build and the way talent teams operate. I leverage tools like Gem, Claude, and NotebookLM in my day-to-day sourcing practice and am actively building my fluency in the AI landscape.
